Market data shown on the Service is aggregated from third-party public sources, including CoinGecko, DefiLlama, and public Ethereum RPC endpoints. We do not control these sources and make no representation that the data they provide — or our presentation of it — is accurate, complete, or current. Prices, market capitalizations, TVL figures, gas estimates, and derived metrics such as momentum scores may be delayed, cached, estimated, or simply wrong. Do not rely on them for transaction execution or any time-sensitive decision.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service at a rate or scale that degrades it for others, or circumvent any rate limits or technical protections.
• Misrepresent the Service's data as your own, or republish substantial portions of it without attribution to ETH Bubbles and the underlying data providers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, branding, guide articles, and original content are owned by ETH Bubbles and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying market data originates from third-party providers and may be subject to their own terms. You may quote or reference our guides and pages with attribution and a link to the source page; you may not wholesale reproduce the Service or present it as your own.

6. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Affiliate Links

The Service is supported by advertising (including Google AdSense), sponsorships, and affiliate links. Sponsored placements are labeled and do not alter organic data or rankings. CRYPTOCURRENCY MARKETS ARE VOLATILE, AND DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE ARE YOURS ALONE.
